In the summer of 2009, when Sunil was enjoying a vacation on a beach near Cancun in Mexico, he had to take care of signing a few documents in order to get this cool new job he was just offered.

The idea was born right there. “How awesome would it be to sign these documents from my iPhone”, he thought. “And avoid all the hassle of printing and faxing?”

The next year was a fascinating time to work on this new idea while Sunil was traveling through Central and Latin America. He soaked himself in the sights and culture of Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, and Bolivia while working over the Internet to build his company.

The Breakthrough Moment

EasySign launched at Apple's AppStore on July 20, 2010. It was a dream coming true. Since the launch happened while Sunil was on a beautiful beach, and so was the original idea - conceived at another beach earlier, Sunil believes it’s a destiny’s sign. Since then, the App has been receiving great reviews from individuals and small businesses who use it to sign all types of documents.
